The most essential aspect of a healing journey is establishing a sense of safety. I want you to feel like you can share what's on your mind. After all, having good dialogue is the heart of therapy. I help by focusing on areas where you may feel stuck and want to experience further growth. I focus on implementing the structure within session to help you dive deeply into your issues. The result being a greater sense of acceptance about yourself and the events that have occurred in your life. I like to keep things simple and go one step at a time.
