I offer individual trauma therapy for adults and structural family therapy for parents, children, and teens in Asheville, NC. My work is grounded in building a steady, honest therapeutic relationship to address relational patterns, support nervous system regulation, and establish boundaries that foster real-time change. In-person and online sessions available. For adults, I focus on the lasting impact of early childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and persistent relational patterns. If you function well on the outside but feel emotionally flooded, shut down, or disconnected inside, psychodynamic therapy can help you unravel old survival strategies and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. For families, I use Structural Family Therapy to help resolve emotional overwhelm, behavioral shifts, and communication breakdowns in children and teens.
